I don’t think people think through what they are doing most of the time. You have to be dumb to text anything you wouldn’t want your preacher to read in front of the congregation. Period

I'll take it a step further: some of them ASSUMED that the texts would see the light eventually. After Hillary won. Thus proving their loyalty to both Obama and Hillary.

Just imagine what's on their personal non-work or burner phone. Govt officials normally use their personal phones when they are up to no good. They know they can claim everything is "personal" and avoid an in camera inspection by a judge. This is standard operating procedure.
