I’m loving Trump’s response- he’s running it right by letting states do what’s best for them. Georgia wants to open up? Good, NYC wants to stay locked down? Good.
He’s letting the federal government be a tool for getting the states needs equipment and reducing risk by closing the border.

I think he’s done fine.
I like the shut down of travel early. Good move.
He didn’t get a ton of stuff or order the economy shut down early because those are drastic measures and hoped not to use them. Makes sense to me.
Then he poured power and secured more equipment than we actually need. So we never really had issues on the front. Nice.
He shut down economy when this began to take off. It’s awful but I agree with the decision and it would have been much worse if it wasn’t done. Hard call. Good for him making it.
He helped people out that were hurting. More than I would have liked but no one will do everything just the way you want.
Now he’s pushing to reopen when a lot of powerful forces are fighting to keep it closed. It’s a tricky issue and I think he’s doing it the right way. He’s doing everything he can to get this economy to open up slowly but surely and naturally. He’s not going to force people to do stuff and not going to stop people either. But he will push to open more than just about anyone.
So I think he’s done a good job under very trying and unusual circumstances.

Because it wasn’t their job to and they did not have access to the intelligence and federal agencies like the President has

He literally did the opposite yesterday.

Actually he aggressively criticized the Gov of GA about opening up two days ago

All that is just opinion based observations.
The old saying "The proof of the pudding is in the eating".
Looking forward, how is the country doing?

The other option is a demented tax raising, baby killing, China loving old man. Too bad we have no choices

And people will blindly vote for dementia Joe. That’s politics in the US.
Come on man.
Come on man.

First he downplayed it completely.
Then he started parroting the millions will die nonsense.
Now, he’s letting his guidelines be trampled on by every Democrat in charge of a city or state.
Seriously.

While also saying the governor is free to do what he wants.

Name a country or entity that did not. Listen to Dan Crenshaw’s interview laying out the timetable.

He’s damned if he does or doesn’t parrot this one. Media claims it, so if he does and then we have less than that, he’s done better than expected.
quote:
Can anyone identify anything he’s done well related to this virus other than shutting down travel from China?
-travel ban before any other western country
-Trump Checks
-promoting alternatives other than ventilators which actually saved some lives
-open line of communication with governors to provide supplies and eliminate red tape blocking people from getting things quickly
-2 hospital ships for NY and CA
-exposed the media as being reckless hacks that don’t care about Americans
-didn’t pass/support any of the bullshite bills pushed by Dems in the house/senate
The most important one: puts American interests over Chinas and the Globalists that want to bring America down.

I would have loaded up on tests in Jan & Feb
Why?? What do tests do?? You test negative one day and the next day you could be positive.
So the question is....what good are tests?

Are we still saying that the federal government can ever effectively handle a policy that impacts 350 million people?
No matter who is the king?
