Are Americans still allowed to oppose a war?

I'm not sure what "called out" means? Hillary says people opposed to what is going on should be "called out".
Can someone tell me what that means? Also, at what point do your first amendment rights go away? Does it take a declaration of war? Or, are sanctions adequate.
Just trying to understand. If I recall, there were open and very hostile anti war demonstrations in this country in the past.

I don’t think the first amendment protects you from being “called out”

From the other thread... It appears that you can be sort of cancelled by private entities... Fired, credit cards cancelled accounts cancelled, smeared on social media...etc. But you still have the right to speak out as long as you can survive the cancelling.
