Don't think I've ever heard what the actual mistake was... Read it was a clerical mistake, but what was it?
I believe the fix is as simple as not sending him to El Salvador.
OR, they could engage in proper due process on why he can be sent to El Salvador (which would take a lot longer)

The President of E Salvador already said the guy will not be released. Well, that’s that.

With your biased viewpoint it’s the executive overstepping its boundaries with the judicial. The judicial has been overstepping its boundaries for quite some time and continue to do so

Bunk, are you on a visa or green card?

Past time to put these activist judges in their place…. Defund all the districts…

The Supreme Court already ruled this was illegal. You're saying that was overstepping?

I wouldn’t march for Garcia, but I might consider it for Ozturk.

The deportation of an illegal by the executive is illegal?

I don’t care if the judge is an egomaniac a-hole.

Well she’s as good as gone back to Constantinople. She had a visa to come here to learn. Not promote social unrest by writing a tear stained letter about Hamas.
Stay safe on the streets. I don’t want you snatched up. But I can’t save you either.
How is the cell phone infrastructure in your ancestral home? Hopefully you can still post here if you do get deported.

That demonstrates how far the judicial has overstepped its authority

Based on what, exactly?
That was a 9-0 ruling, which included Alito and Thomas

They could fix this situation and get the same result but they refuse.
After that, screw the SOB!

The admin broke the law and violated prior orders.
The courts have, effectively, unanimously agreed (including a unanimous Supreme Court).

Why not? Is he not an El Salvadorian
So better to send him to a country that isn't his home country?
Would be hilarious for El Salvador to fly him to Miami and on the tarmac, let him walk over to US authorities who take custody and then fly him to Mexico or the likes and leave him.

There is an existing court order prohibiting removal to ES and the admin acknowledges both the validity of the order and sending him to ES was a mistake that violated the order.
