Article

Joe Biden and son Hunter Biden came under fire back in 2005 when Joe Biden was an influential Senator before becoming Vice President. MBNA, then the world’s largest private credit card issuer hired Baby Biden as the company’s Vice President. At the same time Senator Biden was then receiving his largest campaign contributions from MBNA and, conveniently for MBNA, was lobbying other Senators to pass bankruptcy reform legislation supported by MBNA. US media referred critically to Senator Biden at the time as the “Senator from MBNA.” [2]

I willing to bet ol' Joe isn't the only one with crap like this in his closet.

And that would explain the silence from the Republicans on this.

Everyone has known for years deals like this have gone on yet congress protects it's own no matter which side of the aisle they are on as they all have dirt.

That's the BK reform where credit card companies got dems to pass legislation making it so credit card debt, given to low income non qualifying families especially, could not be forgiven in a BK and could be taken in the form of withheld state tax refunds from the poor.

Gotta love how poor Dem voters always get what they vote for, what they deserve.

The banks do love the Dems. Lulz

There's gotta be a new "suicided" dem related body soon, and we'll know who signed off on this debacle of a "Trump gotcha" scheme.

I really don't care about the Bidens and Trump could be making a mistake going after him. He's far more moderate than the rest of the field. If he wins the D nomination, he will not excite the base

there's a bigger picture here. This isn't about the upcoming election. This is a war between the deep state and Trump and company. War means war. not hyperbole.

If their nutjob base is big enough to win an election we are doomed anyway so I say go for it.

The Democrats haven't cared about poor people in 30 years.

Im not too worried about the base and voting, it's getting out and getting the mindless drones who normally wouldn't vote to the polls. Don't want them energized, someone like Warren could do it.

Drain the frickn Swamp. American Patriots do not care if there is an R or a D by the name. If they have enriched themselves off the largess of our Taxpayers Dollars, they all should go down.

It is not that hard to be an honest and forthright person. However, as the saying goes, "Power Corrupts and Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely."

How many Prog's would agree with that statement? We want R's and D's out who have abused power yet Prog's only want the Power to impose their views on the American Dream.

Exactly. They want power no matter how they get it. See violent outfits like Antifa, BLM, and any number going back decades. And they don't care how corrupt their politicians are.

I don’t quote you ever but spot on. If we live in a country where a radical leftist can take the WH it’s all over. I think Trump is making the right play to take out Biden early.

I asked you what year that was passed. Since you didn't answer, I figure you looked it up and found out your post was full of crap.

That legislation was passed in 2005, when we had a Repub president, and Repub majorities in both the House and the Senate.

You Repubs on here blame everything on the Dems, whether they did it or not.

Deflect deflect deflect. When it comes down to it, BIDEN lobbied and voted for it in lock-step with those meanie Republicans. Biden sold his vulnerable out, which makes him worse than the big bad Republicans who never purported to care about them in the first place.
