Apparently right wingers are just pathologically angry people

Look, I watched you all go past the end of logic and reason to make it seem ok that the Trump administration enacted an insane and cruel policy of taking kids and using their suffering for political advantage. Then every decent person in the world objected to what they were doing. Even Melania made a statement which was not supportive. Then Trump was forced by his own party and friends to take action, and Trump even said he didn't like the policy.
You feel angry that Trump made you defend something that was indefensible and even Trump didn't stand with you in the end.
I get it. You are angry.
But today all I read here is violent seething against "liberals" and "Democrats." They didn't set you up and then abandon you. You must understand that your unfocused anger is preventing you from seeing the truth.
May I suggest that you take a deep breath and figure out what is making you so angry. Maybe get on some medication, if that might help. But drop the vitriol and get back to discussing political policy. That's what we are here for.
