Apparently I was completely wrong. The GOP are in fact trying to keep GA blue.

Jon Ossoff is running for re-election for US Senate in GA. He's a bland, beta. TEMU white Obama, who somehow won in the 2020 runoff debacle.
A PAC called 'One Nation' has been running ads telling voters to 'call Jon Ossoff's office and tell him to stop voting with the liberal Democrats"
Jon Ossoff IS a liberal Democrat.
Never does the ad make ANY mention of removing him, voting Republican, naming his opponent, Mike Collins etc... just dower images of Ossoff, along with AOC, Chuck Schumer, etc...
These are not the 1st time One Nation has run these types of ads. They never work. Not 2 years ago, not 4 years ago... I'm thinking they go back at least as 2020.
They are in heavy rotation which means a LOT of money has been dropped putting this ad campaign out. Why on Earth would you constantly put a candidate's name and face on screen, tell voters to call his office, suggesting it's cool if he stays elected, just stop voting with the Liberal Dems. Who the hell is that supposed to sway? He's NEVER not going to vote with the Dems, yet massive amounts of money, apparently BY the GOP or groups that back them are sinking a fortune of money for this campaign tactic.
How? Why? Auburn has better success hiring coaches in the past 10 years than the GOP has with its election strategy. It's beyond asinine.

I've watched Ossoff run in GA for 20 years. It doesn't matter, DeKalb and Fulton control the state in federal elections. GA is one of those Southern states that continues with the "we have to reach across the aisle" schtick, as if anyone in the aforementioned counties is ever going to vote for a Republican. Then you have the dudes in the woods that vote Libertarian because they rightly hate nearly everything about the Georgia GOP.

MFer Ossoff lost the general election, but 'magically' won the runoff in 2020.
But I would have bet the farm that One Nation was full on a Soros level funded group, trying to flood the market with deceptive ads which just show his face over and over and over and over.... this is pure saturation of market, and the fact it's being done by GOP 'backed' funding is tantamount to treason. (to the party, at least)
it's the dumbest strategy ever, and goes a long way to ensure whichever Dem gets this treatment is likely to win. And I fricking hate it.

Might be due to a technicality in election laws. If you specifically advocate voting for or against a specific candidate it's classified one way but if you make it an issue and it's counted a different way. Even if you say "Tell Candidate X to quit kicking puppies" or "Tell Candidate Y to keep fighting for us".

I don’t care about the reasoning behind it. It’s an insane waste of money. It’s not moving anyone to vote him out of office. I even asked grok about this and got similar response, having to deal with technicalities on election laws, blah blah blah. It’s straight up grift. And these ads are running like a fire hose on social media. It’s ridiculous!

Some PAC is running a bunch of anti-Collins commercials about how Collins voted with Trump 100 percent of the time and something something voted not to relese the Epstein files. I've seen it 2 or 3 times today watching footbll.
I don't know if it's a good strategy. I just think it's interesting.

Georgia is a liberal shithole

Keeping up with politics is exhausting.
Just know at the end of the day they all suck. All of them. I’ve watched enough hearings and investigations that nobody gives a shite.
So don’t be outraged if they are trying to do what they say. No clue what’s going on but whatever they’re saying, they’re doing something else.

No it's NOT. It's one of the most conservative states in America. Take out the cheating and Democrats are toast in this state.

GA is a blue state, with pockets of red.

That's the problem with the GOP in most of the Southern states. True conservatives are not well represented at all

If you ever think your state has the shittiest Republicans, just remember… Georgia has the shittiest Republicans of all time.

Here is where I try to disagree with you. I don't need to keep up with politics. It is always, more government control vs. less. Always. I know what side I'm on. No need to pay attention.
We already know what everyone is going to say, going to use for a soundbite, etc.
No care. Because like you, I know nobody gives a shite. I'll buy all kinds of guns I don't like, or don't want, or don't need from private sellers. Engage in more of that. Learn how to reload, and brew beer (not IPAs) and you have a use in the apocalpyse.

GA will elect a Democrat Senator but not because of poor commercial choices.
Georgia will elect a Democratic Senator because white people make up 48% of the population of Georgia.
Demographics is destiny.

Seen that ad as well. Horrifically misleading as Epstein was already long dead & in the ground before he took office and when these files weren't released by Biden. It was another state, before Epstein's 1st time in prison, and has zero to do with Mike Collins.
