Not really. You just think the news reflects statistics.

the lack of concern there?
well I mostly just post to what gets put up here. I mean it's a recurring joke on South Park for a whole season everytime they drive past the school there's gun fire.....

I quit getting bent out of shape when people decided there's nothing we can do about it.... Afterall we all have a right to a gun and a % of people who exercise that right are irresponsible or have bad intentions is what it is....

The broader topic is effecting change on human behavior. You think prohibition is an effective strategy for gun violence. I was trying to ascertain if you thought that would work with other issues

No, you are right. He grabbed it from the kitchen counter. Who's responsible for that?

So you understand the propensity of humans to do this. You just can’t avoid doing it, too. Like a fig.

You said no one is coming to take guns.

Your candidate wants to do just that.

Don’t be coy.

I simply agreed with a poster who said it would be easy to call this type of thing happening then cited a pretty long Wikipedia article with a list of shootings by year since 2020. Backing up that yeah this happens often enough we shouldn't be surprised when it happens again

There is no fix. In a country of 330,000,000 people there is always going to a small percentage that act out. Even if 0.001% wanted to act out that's 3,300 people.

He is.

The gun is not the problem. Is not now, nor will it ever be. It is 100% a user problem.

You’re a classic example of what the problem really is, instead of addressing the real issue you scream “Guns kill people, more laws -against them!”

Guns are tools, nothing more, nothing less. Until life has value, do not continue to be surprised that guns are used as the tool of choice to kill. And knives, drugs, fists, etc.

Gun violence in America is a problem!

Tell me how to fix it? It's not mental health fix and if so there is NO answer

There are dozens of shootings every week in Chicago but you " gun control advocates" never say a word about those.
