Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., reportedly has been de-listed from the board of left-wing activist group Justice Democrats, following legal and ethical questions about her affiliation with the group.
The Daily Caller reported that Ocasio-Cortez, along with chief of staff and former campaign chair Saikat Chakrabarti, have been removed from the board of the political action committee after previously holding “legal control over the entity” in late 2017 and early 2018.
It was Justice Democrats that helped catapult Ocasio-Cortez from obscurity to an upset primary win over then-Rep. Joe Crowley to an election win in November. The group runs a recruitment program by which activists can nominate grassroots candidates for office to challenge incumbent Democrats, and Ocasio-Cortez gave her support to that push in a video in January. The group has also backed her on issues such as “Medicare-for-all” and the Green New Deal. LINK

Her specialties are climate science and economics, not accounting. Only Barack Obama and Elizabeth Warren are smart enough to be experts on everything.

So how does a "no name" who "just decided" to run for office, and (w)ho was working as a bartender have legal control over a PAC and all it's money a full year prior to the election....

I will preface this by saying I neither support the left nor the Justice Democrats,
Nothing they did in promoting/recruiting AOC is unethical or illegal so they don't need to be stealthy. Immoral? A little. They are pushing identity politics, Socialism, and end of the world mentality by playing into the current emotional instability because of Orange Man Bad.
It's actually brilliant. The Right always comes off a step behind. Are they helping talking pieces that have no business being a business of power get elected? Yes.
In many ways, such as this, that is backfiring on them. They likely didn't intend on such negative pub, but their own youtube channel shows they aren't going for stealth. They wanted change and so they took initiative. Their initiative is fundamentally and economically incorrect because they are basing policies on emotion and false science.
My issue comes from the fact that the GOP has not countered.
