So pedophiles are "second class citizens" with your selective choices on what is acceptable and unacceptable sexual behaviors.

This is a BS argument. You are cam paring consenting adults to rapists.
quote:

This legislation does not "create an inferior class of people."

How does it not?

quote:

You support legislation that denies the first amendment rights that we are guaranteed by our creator, not government. You, sir, have the audacity to sit and judge this legislation and those it is written to protect from being FORCED to do something against their conscience so you shall live by the same fricking law.

I think there is a fine balance between freedom and equality. This bill doesn't protect someone right to worship, it protects their right to judge and discriminate and hide behind their faith.

quote:

You are a Jew. You must live by the very scripture you are calling out Christians for failing and judging them on. Many Jews in Germany didn't care about their Judaism and Hitler used them and when done, tossed them into the trains with the rest of the Jews.

I judge people based not he convictions the admit to. It is hypocritical to say you won't serve someone because they are sinners, but ignore all the other sinners you serve. And that tis the definition of hypocrite.
There were jews that worked for the NAzi's, but it was more of a failed attempt to save their own necks, and get better treatment. It had very little to do with their lack of faith.

quote:

There are no rights to sexual behaviors that aren't a part of nature in the constitution but there are religious and speech right guarantees. Those people that are completely defined by their behavior and sit in judgment of others, well, they deserve exactly what they are going to get.

Equal rights, and equal protection under the law is also in the constitution. And the consitution also give congress the power to regulate interstate commerce.

quote:

See, Christians like me also deserve that same damnation, but we aren't the ones going around calling for denial of those first amendment rights.

You are just calling for the denial of other rights, and getting up high and mighty on your high horse about it.

quote:

You and your "tolerant" friends are and whoa be unto you when you cry out how oppressive the tyranny you asked to be heaped upon the nation is oppressing you as well.
Jesus never "forced" others to follow him.

No, just you know all the christian kings with armies did. Once again you are on your high horse

quote:

Tyrants like Nebachanezzar (read your Jewish stories in the Bible) forced others to "bow" to his wishes. Oh but he and his people followed with what they had done to Israel. Why was Israel punished? Because they had become wicked and all did right in their own eyes.

There is nothing about serving homosexual couples in you business that would be considered a sin. The same people who would turn away gays would the the people who would throw rocks at Mary Magdalene.

It doesn't. It simply prevents you from intruding on private property rights and using the power of the state against a fellow private citizen when you feel like you've been embarrassed or inconvenienced and nobody was hurt, stolen from or their names slandered.

quote:

it protects their right to judge and discriminate and hide behind their faith.

There's nothing wrong with that as long it's done by private citizens on private property.

Only in the public sector is that it's wrong.

Equal rights, and equal protection under the law is also in the constitution.

This should apply only to the public sector, not the private sector.

A power they've abused time and time again under the guise of legislating morality.
