If I heard the same interview, Walsh pointed out that women don't want to watch gay love stories either, no matter how "supportive" they are of them being gay.

I will say I am a fan of the 90s-early aughts rom-coms. Simple way to get a lady to come over to "hang out." I couldn't name one from today though, but probably would avoid due to all the wokeness probably thrown in. They are also good for helping get a solid afternoon nap in.

If I was ever to read Rotten Tomatoes (which I won't), I would use it to verify my instinct NOT to see a particular film. Their taste is exactly opposite of mine.

I'll let Billy Eichner in on a little secret. We don't hate you because you are gay. We hate you because you are obnoxious about it. We don't have a problem with gay people. We have a problem with gay people who have to remind you they are gay people every thirty seconds while you are talking to them. If heterosexuals were reminding us they were heterosexuals every thirty seconds while we are talking to them they would get on our nerves too. That's why they don't do it.
