Another ship struck by Iran in the strait of Hormuz

If it was one of our ships, we should flatten 1000 bridges. If it was someone else’s ship, they should flatten 1000 bridges.

Just because we are there doesn’t mean every vessel has a bubble around them from getting hit. This is another stupid mistake by Iran to cause unnecessary harm to others.

Just my opinion, but I think we have ruled out military options. I'm guessing because of the threat of Iranian attacks on infrastructure of our Gulf allies...but who knows.
From a strategic perspective, our voluntarily standing down in April never made any sense. Why quit before the Iranians surrendered?
There's something we aren't being told about military options.

They have Basij volunteers now patrolling the strait in fishing boats with AK-47s. what difference does it make? A ton. People taking pot shots at oil tankers with 7.62 is not worth hyperventilating over.

Prior to the war exactly zero ships transiting the strait were struck by Iran. We have the ability to completely secure the strait but Trump won’t do it.
