That's a weird way to describe potential extra legal actions by the clown show we call the Supreme Court

You dont agree with it, and a baby killer. Dont go to AL, and support their economy. See thats how it's suppose to work. scotus shouldnt be making national law. Plain and simple.

but if it isn't abortion, the Libs and MSN will find another multitude of reasons to say why Trump and the Republicans are bad.

sure, but THIS is one Trump has to avoid...just like he did in 2016. why do you think that was?

agree or disagree, but the law is the law

or else Bama would have just ignored the USSC and abortion would already be illegal there

your issue seems to be with Bama lacking the balls to tell the USSC to frick off, not with me

this pushes nothing. a federal court, likely next week, will enjoin this law. the 5th circuit will affirm. the USSC will deny cert

nothing is pushed except your emotional state

it clearly is here

i proposed a rational, alternative route to limit abortions that may work

you propose a feelings-induced policy that has 0% chance of working

who is working to improve things in reality?

But that’s exactly what it is or you would have passed an appropriate bill that had a chance of surviving. Instead you’ve galvanized the left for no other reason than virtue signaling and you just might turn the court completely to the left where you end up with the NY abortion bills as the standard of the land. Congrats.

It’s reactionary, but this is the age in which we live.

Is this just poliboard speculation or has any politician from Alabama asserted that the law was a response to the NY law which simply enshrined existing fed law at the state level?

Noticed you didn't respond to:

good Republicans are too cowardly to fall in line behind them to fight for what is right
I guess that hit too close to home.

It’s not a political game. Truth is objective not subjective. Therefore true morality is also objective. IE the Holocaust was objectively wrong.

The government cannot legislate morality. That’s a heart issue. However the government exists to protect human rights. The right not to be unjustly killed is probably the most basic human right.

An entire people group is being subjected to one of the largest genocides in history and we’re worried about politics.

Is it? Or is it a decision that the govt has been to afraid to actual make an actual law around?

What AL did is the law of the state, and their constitutional right to do so.

Where is it in the Constitution that abortion is the law? Where is it in the Constitution that scotus makes national law?

That’s an exaggeration, but as a Trump supporter and pro-abortion, that’s not a winning issue
