In November 2021, the Commission served Dr. Towers with an Order for Investigative Mental Examination which required Dr. Towers to make an appointment for the examination within seven days of receiving the Order. Dr. Towers did not make an appointment for the examination. In December 2021, the Commission filed a SOC alleging that Dr. Towers committed unprofessional conduct under RCW 18.130.180(9) when she failed to respond to an order issued by the Commission. Dr. Towers did not file an Answer to the SOC, and the Adjudicative Clerk Office issued a Notice of Failure to Respond. A Final Order of Default was served on January 13, 2022, indefinitely suspending Dr. Tower’s medical license.****

My guess is someone from the bank was there to present the papers and was being escorted by either the sheriff or some private security.
She came out with a shotgun and shite went sideways. I work with a lot of real estate people and they have guns pulled on them pretty often when evicting people so it is probably best to protect yourself.
She was going through a divorce, was being evicted and had lost her medical license. People don't do too well with any of those.

If you point it at me and cause me the reasonable apprehension of fear or bodily injury (or whatever the similar standard is for that state), I'm permitted to respond using proportionate force.
