Wow, talk about the company being tone deaf.
1. Not one apology
2. Never retracted trans mistake
3. No firings
4. Waited 14 days to sit in meetings to then spew that garbage.
5. Fact they waited 14 days yet did respond tells you they are taking a big hit in sales.
