so far. Stock has slightly out-performed this year. Same for Disney and Nike. The Right sucks at the - Go Woke Go Broke support.

BUD earnings come out next in early June.

I bet more people would buy my pillow if he would stop the ads. Thank God for the TiVo skip ads feature.

It will, eventually IMO, but the financiers of the woke movement, like Black Rock and Vanguard will probably keep stocks up for a while… Time will tell

I don't believe you but why? Why all of the hoopla over such a small percentage of the population? In addition to those with the mental illness that causes them to act this way but what those that are over playing the thing for attention which does a disservice to those that really are screaming out for help? Total FUBAR from the get go.

Chic-Fil-A's had a rough go of it, too. Still too early to see what the true impact of the boycott will be.

The "stepping down" of that marketing exec is not nothing, though. Don't remember anything like that happening with any of those other boycotts.

Stock price might not have sunk yet, but sales are way way off in my place. Bud is off 95%, ultra is off 65%. If we are typical, they are in a world of hurt.

Their BL sales are certainly going to take a hit this year, but that product line doesn't even represent close to half their sales for that company, which has dozens of brands and product lines with sales around the world.

In general, alcohol is a consumer staple that loosely tracks or slightly underperforms GDP growth in the long run.

Heads will roll for the damage to one of their key brands but overall this should be a non-event for their share price and market cap.

The Marketing person who started this is a Radical Leftist. I don;t have a problem with that being brought to light.Over many years, these small things have created a generation of weak, sensitive Gen Zs who could be major players in fundamentally changing the country. They need to be cut off at the knees quickly and often.

Yes, this is a step in the right direction. Chic-Fil-A caved.

Interested to see the quarterly bud light sales. I think you’re right on AB because they have like 50 other brands that will be largely unaffected or maybe even get boosted when their core consumers pivot away from bud light.

When quarterly and annual earnings are released, stock price may be impacted.

In the meantime, encourage everyone to not buy their politically driven piss.

As of Friday, Bud stock has underperformed compared to its competitors. Yesterday, it was reported that the VP broad who dreamed up the trancan took a leave of absence so I think some folks might consider the mission complete. Budweiser blinked first.

I think I share the same feeling regarding Nike, Bud, and Disney - I’m not going to support them as before but I’ll let you make your own decision. If I see someone I know supporting them, I might make a comment but I’m not going to do like the wacko Leftists who throw blood on strangers wearing fur, etc.

I don't remember them caving per se in the sense that Cathy didn't retract his personal statement regarding gay marriage. I believe he just said that as a business he shouldn't have been commenting on societal norms. I don't have any problem with that, either. As a general rule, I think businesses should stay out of politics.
