Yep, he moves well, has lots of vitality and hasn't aged much as most presidents do. Before the coronavirus, he looked like he wasn't aging at all.

Trump is certainly overweight but he’s extremely active. I think this is a terrible comment by Pelosi and goes to show just how disgusting DC has become.

Let's assume he's 6'3" and weighs about 250 to 260 - 260 would put him at a BMI of 32.5, which is comfortably obese, but not morbidly so. The taller and shorter you are away from the mean, the more BMI is exaggerated because mass cubes and the calculation is merely an expression of weight/height ratio.
While it is very accurate as a gross predictor of disease and poor outcomes (both individually and from an epidemiological standpoint), it is a very imprecise measurement at the individual level because it is merely 2 numbers mashed together - height - weight.
It ignores any factor associated with fitness, muscle mass, bone density, etc., and all of those things can elevate BMI without appreciably increasing significant health risks from that boosted BMI.
Now, Trump isn't a gym rat, but at his height, if he were, a weight in the mid-200s wouldn't be alarming to any physician.
As long as his labs are good, he'll be fine.

According to Trump, this is basically impossible unless he’s been immobile for 50 years. He believes that the human body, like a battery, has a finite amount of energy that can only be depleted.
