Simone Biles talking shite on Instagram:

quote:

Definitely not the way I planned the olympics going but I wouldn’t change anything for the world ?? I’m proud of myself and the career I’ve had thus far. this olympics doesn’t erase the past accomplishments I’ve achieved nor does it define who I am as an athlete. I’ve pushed through so much the past couple years , the word quitter is not in my vocabulary. for some of you that may be how you define me but keep talking because I can’t hear you over my 7 olympic medals which tied me for the most decorated gymnast EVER as well as most decorated american gymnast

If you can't perform the job, it's probably best to step aside and allow someone else on your team to do it who is capable of competing.

Posting about it on Instagram doesn't seem to back up her claim of not hearing the criticism.

You could have all the medals, but you still won’t have my respect.

Really? You're barely in the top 10, Simone.

List of Olympic medals - gymnastics

Just when I think all the people on Instagram that I don’t give a flip about have screamed for attention another one rises from the cesspool.

Notice that "I" is about the only thing she capitalized as well.

First word of a sentence? Nah...

Yea she’s definitely stable.

And extremely insecure. Not surprised.

15 seconds? She's been dominant for years, and deservedly so. She will likely be a major celebrity for the rest of your pathetic life. Deal with it.

Like Mary Lou Retton or Bruce Jenner?

Nah. She won 1 gold medal for a single event (and in the absence of the strongest competition in the world).

Bruce Jenner
Probably bigger, but yes?

Tap the brakes on this. She's an Olympic gymnast. While she may even be the GOAT, she's still just a gymnast that'll be completely done with the sport any second now.

So, unless she's going into acting or music or something, the only time her name will come up would be if she decided to go the route of doing color commentary for gymnastics.

BTW, are we considering Michael Phelps a major celebrity? Guy has TWENTY EIGHT Olympic medals, and I can't remember the last time I saw him.
