America First Legal has just filed with the US SUPREME COURT to fix the botched 2020 Census, which favored blue states and unfairly withheld Electoral Votes from GOP states
SCOTUS should do the right thing and ORDER it be fixed ????
This comes as 2030 will be absolutely BRUTAL for Democrats, as red states have surged in population and the GOP could soon be able to win the presidency with several fewer states than they needed in 2024 or 2028
America First Legal: “The Constitution calls for an ‘actual enumeration’ of the people so Congress can accurately allocate representatives among the states. The Census Bureau failed in 2020 to complete this count."
“We are asking the Supreme Court to step in to hold the Bureau to this Constitutional standard. Americans deserve to have their voices heard through accurate representation in Congress.”

Simply removing non US citizens from the apportionment calculation for congressional districts and the Democratic Socialists are hosed.

And getting the census up to date with the removal of all the flights to freedom from states like Cali and New York could affect future results as well.

100% agree with the sentiment, but wondering about the basis for original jurisdiction in SCOTUS.
Perhaps Article III, Section 2:
Are they suing the blue states? Have to wonder about standing here.

People like to think illegals voting is what steals seats, but the census is where the real game is. Democrats don’t need illegals voting. They need their physical bodies in the states because house seats are apportioned based off of census numbers the same as electoral votes. They are able to steal seats without one single vote being cast, hence the “sanctuary” city and state policies that invite illegals in with open arms
