America has subsidized the entire European way of life since WWII. We spent close to 30 trillion protecting them from Soviet Socialism, for them to fall to Socialism under a different branding.
We have spent hundreds of billions more protecting and effectuating international trade and shipping.
Every comfort Europe has in the 21st century is a gift from the United States. If they don't realize that and want to do things on their own, I wish them luck and they can frick the frick off.

I wonder how many fake outrage bots are making fake social media post. I've read differing estimates in the ball park that roughly half of the internet traffic is bots. The sentiment seems unreasonable.

There's so much wrong with this, yall are fighting against American interests because you're caught up in the propaganda of our enemy.
One part that's completely forgotten by yall, which Trunp regurgitated today, is that this is very much our doing and our responsibility. Trump said "look at this mess you got yourselves in".
Ukraine is in this mess because we urged them to get rid of their nuclear weapons, as a concession to Russia, under the promise that we will defend Ukraine against Russian aggression. If they didn't trust us, they could have walked from that deal and Putin would have never sent any forces across the border.
We lied to our allies, made a deal we couldn't keep and now no reasonable entity will trust us again. At least for decades.
But that's good for America I'm sure :wink:
