I’ve been working tonight and just came to check on the conversation. A thought occurred to me…Should Alex be in protective custody now? I’m not saying there is any damning evidence in the 378gb record that was sent to Bankston, but Jones was at the Willard Hotel with Stone, Flynn and others on Jan. 5. If there’s anything on that phone there are going to be some pissed off people.

I agree with you 1000% percent this is clear legal malpractice by his attorneys. I would not want to be in their shoes right now unless they know the fix is in and the court system will protect them.

Bobby Barnes was his attorney. If you can not get the attorney that comes on your show to host occasionally to represent you fairly then it’s fools take that can not be done.
