Men with spines can differentiate between the fact that many of our enemies target Jones and the fact that Jones isn't a good human being.
This is where I'm at. As long as he isn't flat out lying about individual people, it's technically his right as an American. If he's saying individual kids by name or picture didn't die and they died, yeah that is probably libel.

Alex Jones’ mistake was making money off of the lie he told.
I’m am totally against using the judicial system to silence people.
But you can’t tell a big old fat whopper about people dying and then sell merchandise or ads on your podcast on top of that.
Well unless you are a J6 was an insurrection person or a doctors proscribing Invermectin are evil person.
Then you are fine to malign those people all day long and still profit.
And by the way. I still think there is still some untold odd stuff surrounding SH. Doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.

I understand defamation and I understand there are times when threatening someone with it is needed like when it can directly impact a person's reputation much like The View tried to do to Gaetz.
I am not even going to defend Alex Jones for anything he said but I do want to point out the difference in Jones questioning if the kids died vs The View stating as facts that Gaetz had sex with underage girls knowing full well the DOJ already investigated.
I don't even listen to Alex Jones but being allowed to question things should be something we all cheer on.
That being said, even if Jones was deserving of the defamation suit, we can all agree the judgment amount was ludicrous and politically motivated. It also sets a bad precedent of expectations for any other similar case no matter which side of the isle the accused is on.
