He didn’t just say “Sandy Hook is a hoax”, and you know it. You’re being disingenuous...
Oh the irony, I never said he just said that. You're being disingenuous in how you're representing what I've said.
I've laid out a very nuanced critique of this ruling, and it cannot be summarized with "Alex just said it was a hoax". You're choosing to ignore it because you cannot address it.
You want to avoid playing stupid games? Refrain from posting in this thread until you have a better grasp on this as that's all you've contributed thus far.

Why can't we sue the leftist scum like Kamala who called for that violence, sue that stupid bitch for damages?
1.) If I recall, she said the protests should continue (in face of the billions of dollars of damages) so she'll argue in court that she wasn't talking about the riots.
2.) The law doesn't apply to the left. Michael Brown's father didn't face any charges after he shouted "Burn this mother fricker down!" through a megaphone to an irate crowd whom, immediately after hearing this, proceeded to burn the mother fricker down.
There has been exponentially more monetary damages done via BLM, ANTIFA, etc. but Alex Jones is the one who is being deplatformed and sued.
That's not a defense of Alex, he says a lot of crazy and inflammatory shite. But he's not the only one.

That guy has no grasp on the political and legal implications of his positions. Jones's statements were hideous, but imagine a world where political opinions equate to monetary damages. Every right-of-center viewpoint would be subjected to lawsuits to effectively silence them altogether.

I’ll post wherever I want, thank you very much.
Your feeble defense of this arse clown is almost comical.
What a stupid hill to die on.
Muh free speech without repercussions, it’s a 1st amendment right!

Imagine for a minute you claimed that homosexuality was a choice and you believed the gay lobby, specifically a number of gay activists, were part of an effort to normalize deviant sexual behavior. You publish a blog or a podcast with these views. In a liberal jurisdiction, this would be viewed with the same degree of contempt as Jones's beliefs. The social justice crowd would call this hate speech and violence. They would also deem it to be objectively untrue. Should you be sued for these statements?

Boot lickers gonna boot lick.
"Yea, but it's just the top of the boot. It's actually quite clean!"
