They always promise repairs and better roads. They ran the same scam on us in SC. At least we got a phase in over 6 years. The improvements in the quality of our roads can be measured in dollars spent on alignments this Spring. That is to say, WE'RE FREAKING BUSTING TIRES UP IN THIS BITCH.
