Lew Burdette for sure as our governor. Like most of us, he's heavily against Ivey's state wide gas tax.
Mo's got my senate vote. Lots of experience, will stand, speak for Alabama with conviction.

If you enjoy Alabama's economy being largely based on the federal printing press, vote Britt. She's just Shelby in a skirt.
If you think America should be a globalist machine of perpetual war for profit and think McConnell is the right direction for the GOP, vote Durant.
Brooks was the only guy backing Trump out loud in DC when it mattered while Shelby (Britt's mentor) and McConnell (Durant's sugardaddy) stabbed him in the back. If you're mad that Mo is voting for more missile money, don't think you're voting for a better solution with the other two.
As for Governor, it's a race filled with clowns and corporate bought puppets. The only one that might be promising is Burdette, but his campaign has been pretty lightweight. He'll get my vote, regardless.

BROOKS is the ONLY choice for patriots - Mo has been called to testify by the TREASONOUS leftist filth for giving a speech on Jan 6 supporting Trump - Adam Schiff had Mo's wife served w/a subpoena for Mo at their home - so go ahead and support Britt - you are giving a proxy vote to Schiff, Pelosi, Kinzinger, Swalwell, etc. - amazing how misinformed and uninformed and just plain dumb some of y'all are. I think Lew is going to do better tomorrow than the pundits think.

I'm not going to vote for Mo based on his relationship with Trump. I'm going to vote for him based on his voting record.
Most people never know how their reps vote except for on a few bills. He has been solid on most of his House votes.

I’m voting for Lew. The guy has an amazing story, solid background of experience, and would be a great Governor.
I’m really worried that there’s a deal between Ivey & Ainsworth. Can absolutely see her retiring in two years and then Ainsworth steps in and is governor for 10 years. I don’t mind him but I’m getting tired of having a governor that doesn’t feel like they are accountable to answer to the people. Ivey’s campaigns in 2018 and 2022 have been insulting to the people of Alabama even if she gets re-elected.

I'm still undecided on who to vote for to replace Mo in the congressional 5th. I think I'm going to vote for Casey Wardynski since he claims to be America First, and is supported by the House Freedom Caucus.
But if there is a better candidate I'm still open to be swayed.

That governor lineup is sad.
Katie Britt is a puppet of the establishment gop. She is not going to wake up, read the talking points and vote for globalism and other anti American BS.

Mo, as much as I respect his conservative ways, is too much of a grandstander
That's an understatement. Anybody who can listen to his new slew of radio ads sucking Roy Moore's dick and still vote for him should be barred from ever casting a ballot again.

Hard to believe some pundits think that Ivey could win without a runoff. That would indicate that there are either there are fewer real conservatives in Al, or Alabama voters are REALLY stupid.
Democrats will cross over to vote for her because there are no legit Dem candidates in hardly any races for national or state office.

Hard to believe the AG ran unopposed. He was a DEM who switched over so he could win an election
Didn't know he was a Dem before, but he's been a great AG in my book. Would love to see some legit opposition to him other than just "used to be a Dem." You'll find a lot of "used to be Dems" in this state, especially if they ever held office in the black belt region of the state where you can't win anything without a D affiliation.

We would have been far better off had Roy Moore won his Senate race over Dud Jones, and the real idiots are the ones who fell for the Dems' false flag and stayed home during that race.

FairhopeTider, you hit it on the head. Ainsworth is the heir apparent. What has he done? Well, he ran some ads four years ago that made him popular. He will keep Alabama on the same course with education at the bottom.

ImjustaFatKid ... read this ... there is plenty more, but since he has no serious opponent, I'll wait for two years ...

... he isn't from the Blackbelt ... NE AL.

The problem is the state media is garbage. The political reporters are pretty beholden to the establishment and the local TV stations are pretty lazy. Ivey is about to go through a second straight election without facing any tough questions. That’s pretty wild that a politician in 2022 can just sit in a bubble like that. I mean, at the end of the day it’s on the voters to see through that but the media willingly goes along with it.
So the only way to counter that is with millions of dollars in ads and unfortunately, it’s hard to get that unless you have it (Blanchard) or have Good Ole Boy Network (Tim James). That’s why we need debates and the media needs to actually cover the races fairly.

So nevermind that he filed lawsuits to fight vaccine mandates and sued the city of Birmingham when they illegally took down Confederate monuments...he didn't join on to Facebook lawsuits that clearly didn't need his support, so he has to go...
