Is it cool for me to go to Ukraine as a mercenary because I enjoy killing?

This is how the Republican's will lose the election.

I agree. But the AG is following the law as its written.
its a bad law, and shite like this leads to national protections.
If you are against abortion in your state, you better fight shite like this. Because shite arse politicians with ambition will destroy your ideals under the guise of protecting your interests.

There are so many who have fallen face first off their rockers.
If there was a clandestine abortion clinic in Alabama somewhere and a person drove woman to have an abortion, I could see how the law would apply.
But, to say that your state law covers acts of a citizen of your state for acts committed in a neighboring state is reaching, to say the very least.
Plus since this is across state lines I would think the Federal Courts would end up having jurisdiction under the IC clause.

Exactly. Stop trying to appease the extremist element.

What’s being missed in all of these arguments is the fact we are arguing the legality of murdering babies.
Actually, nobody is arguing this. Abortion is legal in some states and illegal in some states. That isn't up for debate.

But it's reality and setting dangerous precedents through shady use of the criminal justice system is not the solution.
You would think fans of Trump would understand this pretty well by now.

I would personally support the US sending violent criminals abroad to fight, if we ever get fully involved.
I would hope every Ukrainian supporter and homicidal maniac would go fight.

If I mail money for someone to purchase a firearm to murder someone in another state should my state be able to charge me with conspiracy?

Should an Ag enforce his states laws?
Not if they're illegal.
Ask BRPSO about this and the LA state laws making homosexual sex illegal

Murder is a crime in both states. You’re missing the fundamental part of this.
And in your scenario, the Feds likely step in.

This question only seems relevant if the state you're traveling to for this planned murder actually allows killing people.

Would it be OK to plan/organize a trip to Nigeria with the intent to have sex with an 11 year old while here in the US?
I don't think that federal law is/should be constitutional.
Nor do I think that a person should be prosecuted for soliciting a minor when they were really talking to an adult pretending to be a minor.
I really thought by now that Trump supporters would understand the dangers of our current criminal justice system.

Sure. I think some Americans did do that, also.

That murder is a crime in that other state. Not a comparable situation here.

Thanks for making my point. Alabama considers abortion as murder.

Why did you insert Alabama as the bolded part?
