My one question about that article is: it said that China could not receive Gulf oil while the strait was closed, but I thought Chinese ships were transiting with IRGC permission. Is that not the case?

I saw a report yesterday, which I think quoted Trump, that said the US is allowing Iranian tankers destined for China to pass through.
