If abortionists have no trouble not letting unborns grow into a life then I have no trouble of ending a life that should have been aborted in the first place.

Justice is one of the few things that government should actually be doing.

They should also bend the knee to Christ, understanding that leaders will be judged based on how they lead.

like 20 years ago or so. I looked it up a few months ago. I can't remember who, but probably a yellow-bellied, crooked, money laundering traitor changed it.

ETA: The Criminal Justice Act 1990 abolished the death penalty, setting the punishment for treason at life imprisonment, with parole in not less than forty years. No person has been charged under the Treason Act. link

but I got this on a search result

The federal treason statute, 18 U.S.C. § 2381, mirrors the Constitution's language and imposes minimum penalties of five years' imprisonment and a $10,000 fine. A conviction bars the defendant from holding any federal office and carries the possibility of the death penalty.

good find!

I would prefer it to say "no imprisonment, forfeiture and liquidation of all assets to the USA, and immediate death by firing squad/hanging upon a guilty verdict".

Video of the ‘79 Ba’ath party purge shall be used as reference material.

Sans firing squads behind the Capital of course.

Court Approves Justice Department’s Execution Procedures

quote:

WASHINGTON—An appellate court said the Trump administration’s planned protocol for executing men on the federal government’s death row was legally acceptable, but additional legal questions, along with a coronavirus emergency that has led several states to suspend executions, left unclear when the inmates might be put to death.

Last November, a federal district court in Washington blocked the first executions scheduled by the Justice Department after a 16-year hiatus, finding the protocol approved in July by Attorney General William Barr didn’t comply with the Federal Death Penalty Act.
