Oh so that explains why all the bar stools in houston this week were turned upside down.

I was wondering.

I would have expected them to be a little more concerned with neatness.

I'm probably avoiding that general vicinity for a few weeks, allow time for the fire hoses and bleach to do their magic.

Must be trying to reform. I thought true gays were neat and tidy.

Looks like a Mardi Grad parade to me?

Are you saying the city wasn't expecting this?

No, the city thought the LGBT...XYZ attendees would show the rest of us homophobes how to behave and control the refuse.

So all gatherings of 500k people or so don't result in this? Did the City of Houston and the Pride organizers have trash cans placed everywhere. Because they do in Atlanta and NYC and there is never anything like this.

I'm only seeing one trash receptacle, so that's actually not too bad, all things considered. I guess one upside of having parade sponsors is that someone will earn money to pick up that stuff. When you apply for a parade permit, you have to show that you've budgeted for clean-up.

Unfortunately with thousands of people comes some trash. That mess was likely gone within an hour or two.

I thought gay people were neat and raised property values.

Bull squeeze. This happens anytime you libs get together: Earth Day, Occupy, Antifa, or gay pride. Trash everywhere, every time.

I'd have to say, I wouldn't do trash detail for a gay pride event even if I was wearing three hazmat suits.
