quote:"Affecting the election" in this context means doing things barred by law to influence the outcome of an election. You can't just make up your own interpretation of something and argue it as truth.
Who ISN'T attempting to "affect the outcome of the election." Every journalist who publishes an opinion Every political commercial on radio or television Any person who puts a campaign sign on their lawn Any user who tweets something political They are ALL trying to "affect the outcome" and influence votes.

Are you implying that confidentiality agreements are against the law?

Sorry bud, but telling the truth and revealing facts isn't affecting the outcome in an illegal way.
So you're happy with Wikileaks publishing Hillary's emails.
Good to know.
If someone had leaked emails they had with Hillary then that's legal. Hacking them and timing their release to inflict damage is very illegal.

I kinda heard this argument but didn't get the full context. They're saying a campaign contribution turned the tide of the election? How so?
The Russian's $7400 dollar ad buy on Facebook swung Indiana RED for starters.
Trump's settlement with the two tramps was in negotiations before he ran for office but could have cost him the puritan vote in Utah.

That constitutes a conspiracy. They could have buried Cohen with a conspiracy charge. They didnt bury Cohen because there was no conspiracy. Cohen fricked up all on his greedy arse own.
We know that AMI and Cohen (at Trump's direction) conspired to break the law. That has been asserted by the SDNY. They don't have to charge every single violation, remember Cohen did plea, so maybe this would have been added if they were forced to go to trial.

So are you, or are you not for "telling the truth and revealing facts"?

I'm all for it, if its legal.

Confidentiality agreements are obviously very legal. In this case, the payment made under the terms of the confidentiality agreement was illegal because paying someone off to not say something bad about someone running for Preaident is illegal.
The only way to get caught doing this is to be stupid.

So have numerous campaigns. Don't see her implicated in 2 federal crimes.

They paid Fusion GPS 12 million dollars to employ foreign agents to "affect the election"
Sorry youre still being a giant pussy over her losing.

Adding to your point. The Trump org fraudulently mislabeled their repayment to cohen for Stormy's money. That has federal and state law implications.
It's a state felony if the fraud was in furtherance of another illegal scheme. This is terrible for Trump and the Trump Org. the Trump org will be indicted, I'd bet allot of money.

You mean the 10 women the Dem’s paid to accuse him weren’t enough?
