Adam Ruins Everything makes up crap to fit a political agenda

Citing CNN to say that 1/3 of cowboys are Hispanic and 1/4 are African American means less the 20% of all cowboys in the Western US were white.
Gun control was prevalent in the Wild West and the rules were stronger than today according to a 2011 LA Times Aricle.
Women were the real creators of the Wild West towns and they controlled all towns.
I hate shows like this which push BS propaganda to our youth because it dumbs them down.

1/3 + 1/4 does not equal 80%. It equals 7/12. Meaning 5/12 were white according to CNN. Still very wrong, but use proper math

I liked Penn and Teller's bullshite! a lot more. Their episodes on things like lie detector tests, cryptozoology, and martial arts so completely destroyed that stuff.
Adam Ruins Everything does a great job of citing where they get their info so you can look it up and give whatever weight you feel is appropriate, but they are definitely more politically motivated, and the host just sounds so fricking whiny.

Why can't people just be stupid, f'up, irrational, wrong, by their inate their nature?
Why hold the schools responsible for individual behavior without additional information? Schools can't force someone to learn, teach someone to think or uplift the cognitively deficient.
