Call her up, get him arrested for battery. Get the DA on this very important matter, we demand justice!

Also, FTR, many poliboarders are calling it assault. It’s not assault, or battery. Something you’re still consistently whiffing on.

So In your mind, had she not tried to take it out of his hands he was gonna put his hand on her anyway???

Are you saying it’s ok to get to the point where she has to try to take it out of his hands?

He is responsible for it getting to that point. Then put his hands on her when she took the obvious next step

People on twitter saying he never touched her. Amazing how blind these liberals are. It could not be any more obvious.

Deserved. Thst was atrocious today. I’d call it unprofessiona, but the media has no professionalism left.

It’s not an assault. It most certainly was a battery. The fact you think she was asking for it doesn’t change the elements or his actions. Sorry, man. It is what it is.

Was she threatened? Was she in some form of danger? Why did she “have to try” at all?

Again, Jim could’ve handled it better, I’m not defending him or saying he’s not at fault.

When did I say “she was asking for it?”

Also, that was on film, you think battery would hold up in court? Smoking gun, right?

I don't think it was part of her job description to physically engage a reporter first, you know, as the video shows.

bullshite questions like this typically come from someone that has absolutely no legitimate argument to make

She's a White House Intern. She does what the President tells her to do. Her job was to run the mic back and forth to different reporters and her boss just said that Acosta was done and to give up the mic.

This concept should pretty much be common sense but...

She shoulda stood her ground and shot ol' Jim-Baw dead. She must have been just terrified.

There you go. Battery.

Ah. So you are saying the battery is ok because it was self defense. Got it. That’s a whole other set of elements.

Of course some may say you are blaming the victim. Which is not a very progressive thing to do.
