And do you open yourself to the possibility he had accomplices before the fact? Boelter had multiple children and by all appearances lived a comfortable middle-class existence in a large farmhouse in the heart of Minnesota soybean country. If this man was nothing more than a grifting preacher, someone was paying for this man’s freight.
