No sooner had she taken her judicial oath this morning (thus, making her "official" and able to participate in operations of the Court) that the Pennsylvania election stealing Dems filed a Motion to Recuse her from the writ filed in response to the "signature match" ruling from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

It’s all crumbling down for Wolf and his minions.

If they’re so confident in their “lead” you’d think they’d be fine with this. Truth is, they know Joe lost their state last Thursday night.

Against this backdrop, and in the aftermath of Justice Barrett’s nomination,
a public poll reflected significant concern with her presiding over matters related to
the presidential election. The poll, conducted by research firm SSRS on behalf of
CNN, asked whether Justice Barrett “should or should not promise to recuse herself
from any cases which could affect the outcome of this year's presidential election.”
Of the respondents, 56% said that Justice Barrett should recuse herself from such
matters, while 34% said she should not (10% had no opinion).

Why does dipshit Joe six pack CNN viewer's opinion matter on this issue?

These people are not educated enough on the issue to have a valid opinion.

Why should she recuse herself?

Hell, all the members of the Supreme Court would have to recuse themselves since they were all elected by one party or another.

Do we know yet if the case has been officially appealed to the federal courts yet? Surely the PA Republicans have already appealed it, right?

Same. I immediately stopped reading when I finished that paragraph.

frick off using some bullshite poll as authority on this. The respondents probably know frick all about the process and therefore their opinion is irrelevant.

That motion is quoting newspaper editorial board opinion columns as evidence:

Deal. But also all the liberal judges have to recuse themselves from every abortion, gun control, free speech, hate speech, gender discrimination, and constitutional law case.

Sound good?

Talk about role-reversal. In Pennsylvania it's usually the cows and sheep who are nervous of them.

I place much more value on the legal opinion of the woman who finished #1 in her class at Notre Frickin Dame Law School over any of those hacks
