That moment when one thinks back to the founding of this country and asks themselves “who were the militia?” It’s at that moment one should realize that the militia was made up of normal citizens, bringing their own guns for the most part and not specialized groups of military forces sporadically placed across the map.

Again: why are they not militia to you if by 10 U.S. Code §?246 they are legally defined as part of a militia?
Look, I'm not going to read that stuff even if it is in the Constitution. There are people on the left who think you should not own a gun because the 2nd amendment allows guns to the citizenry for the purpose of a "well-regulated militia". They think if you aren't part of that "well-regulated militia" you should not own a gun. So hell, I'll call them a militia if you want me to. But I don't belong to a militia and I own a pile of guns!

So you made a thread talking about the bar instead of responding within that thread like a normal person?
To be fair, libtrash isn’t a normal person.

Anyone that uses this talking point when talking about restricting the 2A is a retard and they don’t even realize it.

Ok father. I'm bored with this topic anyway. I'm going back to Adam Schiff and Rick Grennell.

If you have an argument to present, simply do so.
You are not in my chain of command. I therefore do not take orders from you.
ETA: My first post in this thread asked a question on the intent of the accused, not the sheriffs. If that was his judgement so be it. My original question will remain unanswered.
