We’ve staged multiple coups in Pakistan running back decades, I think on the order of a half dozen or so. It’s a CIA-vassal state of money, drugs, weapons etc.

I don't understand the optimism about any alleged deal regarding Greenland, but I'm willing to listen why this time it's different.

It was just a month ago that Ukraine agrees to a proposal, then Russia heavily bombed Kyiv and tried to make up a lie that Ukraine targeted Putin. Has this all been forgotten already?

This is my point about the giddiness around here with President Trump claiming we're getting "access" to Greenland. As far as we know, Trump was basing his assertion only on his talk with the Secretary General of NATO, Mark Rutte.
Rutte can't negotiate anything on behalf of Denmark or Greenland. Why are people hailing this as some kind of victory?
Personally, the President convinced me that it was necessary for us to own Greenland because we can't make the necessary investments as tenants. What happened to that demand?

The only peace deal that Russia has agreed to is the one they broke when they invaded Ukraine (the one negotiated by your dear leader).
