The Feds have a 97% conviction rate. Our judges are partisan prosecutors with robes. A defendant is punished for exercising his constitutional right to a trial. Federal law enforcement prohibits the recording of interviews of witnesses and parties and instead relies on a one-sided subjective memory of said interview. We incarcerate more people per capita than any country in the world and it's not even close. Our "justice" system has been run by autocrats long before Trump took office.

This is a critique of our justice system regardless of who's President. A black man in Mississippi can get a fairer trial in state court than your average Defendant in Federal Court. Nobody wants to be in Federal Court unless you're a prosecutor in a criminal case or a defense lawyer in a civil case.
