Only way that happens is with a presidential pardon/commutation now at this point.
His judge is an Obama appointee, Amy Berman Jackson, who's the same judge that sentenced manafort and has a reputation of being the democrats fixer on the bench. She has had it out for Trump associates.
No pardon/commutation for Stone = jail time.
