Remember, the claim you made that I countered wasn't that Trump knew Epstein. It was that Trump was Epstein's BEST buddy.

You're continuing to operate on the assumption that I won't criticize Trump if there is something to criticize. If Trump or whoever else was involved in Epstein island, I'll condemn them all equally.

I just think given the available evidence, Clinton is a lot more likely to have been directly involved.

The idea that Trump is hiding some evidence to keep himself from being incriminated is kind of asinine, given that Biden had those files for years. If there was anything in them that incriminated Trump, it's asinine to claim that Biden wouldn't have released it.

Here’s the thing though. I heard “Epstein didn’t kill himself”, and insinuations that the democrats were responsible for his death from conservatives for years now. I watched Bondi trot out with her empty binders, larping as a justice crusader. Then, not only nothing, but Trump tweeting that his supporters need to shut up about the Epstein files, or else they can kick rocks. Seriously? After all that, and MAGA demands nothing. I don't think any of the people involved wouldn't have doctored the files to redact themselves and cover their own tracks while trying to sink Trump.

If they'll cover it up by not releasing it (a proposition you clearly accept), they'll doctor it.
