There is no controlling Legal Authority for Elected Officials unless it’s time to sacrifice a minor member into the volcano. Non-Members, take your risks with caution

Now look at the relatives of the WH.

It's billions.

Those Bidens sure did cash in on Joe, though Hunter still managed to smoke all of his share away.

Forgive him -- he's an amateur.

I guarantee if the soldier had informed Nancy or Miss Lindsey, so they could reap rewards while he benefited, this all would have been overlooked.

Lesson learned.

Agreed! I was speaking with a friend about this early last week. He did not disclose any information regarding the operation. Merely doing as Congress does and benefitting with a little knowledge. Clearly a double standard.

Two wrongs don’t make a right. And I’m sure it goes back further than just the last two. Obama made millions in his 8 years.

It should be bipartisan to be disgusted by the gross insider trading our elected officials do to enrich themselves in office.

I don't want Congress to have direct control over their stock portfolios, but at the same time I don't want people making bets based on classified info. Surely we can all recognize that allowing this could be a threat to national security.

Absolute violation of operational security. His brothers in arms should be pissed. If Venezuela had even remotely decent intelligence and security, they would have known it’s coming.

That was worse than the pizza delivery spike near the Pentagon when something is about to go down. Can we not get a classified contract with a pizza chain or 2 to make some “off the book” pizzas when needed?!?!

These two are not remotely the same. Neither are good, and neither shoud be legal. But they are not the same at all.

They think so dont they. The reason why them Congress person got so upset over the protest.

It was directed at them and you don't have a right to question them unless your gay and lefty.

I said it cuz I believe it.
