There IS no climate crisis

Wrong. From record floods in Seattle to mudslides and firestorms in California to monster hurricanes on the Gulf Coast to killer tornadoes in the Midwest to record-setting nor'Easters in New England, the climate...is in crisis.

Because these haven't happened before, correct? Tell us about the underwater Maldives? Tell us about all of the doomsday predictions that were set to happen the last 20 years.

A federal judge invalidated the results of an oil and gas lease sale in the Gulf of Mexico on Thursday saying the Biden administration failed to properly account for the auction's climate change impact.

Which law requires anyone to account for climate change in any transaction? I am not familiar with this law.
IF there is no law, then this fool needs to be removed from the bench and disbarred immediately.

No wonder no one did anything when they gave false info to the FISA court.

Probably using Executive Order 14008 as the basis for needing to review climate change impacts with oil & gas lease sales, and I’m guessing it would be required with approving APDs (the drill permit) as well.

What an idiot.

The records that were broken were decades old in many instances (1917 in the case of record heat in the Pacific Notthwest). There was also record heat in the early 1900’s Australia as well. Get this, recorded on the EXACT SAME DEVICE as today. Yet...here we are...still alive. Hell, there were “monster hurricanes” before radar ever existed as well (Galveston). As for rising sea levels, the UN report was a farce. Pure fear porn designed to make morons clutch their pearls. Not so ironically, they fail to mention subsidence. Places sink (Louisiana) and coastlines are hot with erosion (globally). The sea levels have risen, but the sum total at this point is laughable. The term “climate crisis” is a made up narrative. It is designed to foment fear to limit opposition to terrible policy decisions. It seems to have worked on you. But Jedi mind tricks also work on the stupid.

Sadly, though, they do work (and have worked repeatedly):

If the “climate crisis” were real, your lord and savior (Obama) sure as frick wouldn’t have bought a multimillion dollar home on the coast.

You have been fooled (again).

Remember when the mandates were struck down and it took 5 minutes for the DOJ to loudly announce a vigorous appeal? I haven’t heard anything out of the admin about this yet.

You are very confused about this. In the case of the mandates, the administration was the injured party, so of course they appealed the decision. The administration is in favor of this offshore lease decision, so why would they appeal it?
