I'm sorry, this is impossible. You can't even accurately model the impact of emissions 100 feet from your fenceline, its a worst case "what if" model. There are simply WAY too many variables. The EPA couldn't predict how many natural gas fired power plants would be operating 10 years out for the Cross State Air Pollution Rule and underestimated credits available, you think someone can predict a climate impact from drilling in the GUlf of Mexico? I fricking laugh at you if you think its even remotely possible to predict that with any accuracy at all.
This judge should be removed from office. The fact he sits on the FISA court is freightening.

One 'judge' should not be able to set national/state/local policy that affects tens of millions of US citizens.
That is the purpose of our legislative process.

If you look at the history and background of the Director of BOEM, the Agency that manages the leases, you would find a very liberal environmental activist……and she green-lighted this sale. This is pure inside activism by a FISA judge on oil and gas issues.
