I'll wager a guess and say you may have cows on your land, or perhaps those royalty checks are for selling your soul to the government. Selling out your neighbors.
Keep it up Hank. Let's go another round.

I’m team AggieHanks here. That dude gets HAMMERED and sticks around. I respect that.
My question to the others: why the anger and vitriol at hanks? He has a differing point of view. But, he is well reasoned and brings intelligent arguments. He and I are pretty far apart on our preferred government makeup. But, I have most often LEARNED from those with whom I disagreed. I think all of us are better when we actually hear opposition ideas and concepts.

Part of the answer to your question is in his very next post. Another part can be found in his hypocrisy. Perhaps it is because he actively works AGAINST the people he pretends to represent.

(Hank) and I are pretty far apart on our preferred government makeup.
Legislatively, I would like to see a majority of Rand Paul and Ted Cruz types, with a sprinkling of Center-Left folks just to keep them honest.
Judicially, I would like to see a solid majority of Textualists, again with a small minority of Originalists to keep them honest.
For the Executive branch, I would like to see a guy (or gal) who understands that the Legislature is supposed to make the laws and that his/her role is to ENFORCE/IMPLEMENT those laws.
I would be surprised if you see things too differently.
Here, I enjoy directing attention to the obvious holes and weaknesses in the dumbest arguments put forward by the most-rabid ideologues. First, it is fun. Second, it might actually make them use their brains a bit more.
quote:Depends upon what you mean by "hammered." Sure, I get shot-at a lot, and the ideologues cheer and yammer because they like the noise, but I don't get hit very often. Rabid ideologues can seldom hit the broad side of a barn, because they have trouble imagining that they might NOT hit something and don't take the time to actually learn to shoot.
That dude gets HAMMERED and sticks around
In this context, that means that they cannot (or will not) acknowledge the weaknesses in their arguments and adjust them accordingly. They just keep firing away over open sights and often using the wrong ammunition. Lots of noise. Lots of smoke. But few rounds hit anything.

When your argument fails, you result to name calling and emotional attacks. I sense a little pleasure in your voice when you hear you have pissed someone off.

You are one dumb mother fricker. I was raised on milk straight from the tit.
I'm 63 years old, never had covid nor any disease contracted from drinking milk from the tit.
Go sell you liberal snake oil elsewhere.

Do you not know how to pasteurize your own damn milk? Buy it raw and pasteurize.
It’s not that hard. Anybody with a 4th grade education can do it.
Don’t knock buying raw milk.

Let me give you some advice, Mr. Senator. Never piss off a population of people that you have starved into oblivion, with your backwards laws and loopholes, and then proceed to underestimate them.

Keep eating and drinking the poison that the FDA approves.
I promise it won't end well for you.

Glad you brought this up. I haven't paid a water bill in I don't know how long. I drink water straight from the ground. No filter quite like God's water filter. No chemicals either.

Those Libtards like Hank gotta have that poison cause daddy gubment says so.

My house runs on well water, also.
Not sure how that changes the silliness of the vast fluoride conspiracy theory.

There it is. Mr. Senator here is pushing a fluoride conspiracy, yet he doesn't drink it either.
