Everyone knows voter fraud exists. The question is: Is it material to the results of an election.
The tendency to cheat is just as strong on the right as it is on the left - for example, Watergate. In every Presidential election there will be individuals, and small cartels, that engage in cheating. Probably it balances out.
Trump's allegations are that the cheating was systemic and material. As yet, there is no compelling evidence of that, and I don't believe there ever will be.
However, I believe that statistical analyses show that the likelihood of large scale cheating is high. Trump increased his support percentage among every demographic except for white males, and he still lost. The only way this could happen is if the demographics that were aligned against him were extra motivated to turnout, which would be strange considering that he got a LARGER percentage of them than the election before.
But none of this is proof. It's not even compelling evidence, in my opinion. It's just very suspicious.

My explanation is the one given by Raffensperger and Gabriel Streling - that ballots which had been prepared for scanning were stored in boxes under the table when the election workers thought they were finished voting for the night.
When they were told to continue counting, they took the boxes out from under the desk and started scanning.

It’s about one person one vote. Not, oh well there’s fraud but it’s not enough to do anything about.
This is why conservatives want secure elections.
