Why would they hire an assistant if they weren’t intending to hire a press secretary? Didn’t you say, they won’t, if not ever? Is it midterms yet? Do we have a current acting press secretary? Do you enjoy setting yourself up again?

Turns out DeBoar was completely wrong. Turns out, no one has been hired to replace Leavitt as Press Secretary...as I predicted would be the case...at least until the midterms.
What's more, I was COMPLIMENTING Trump in my prediction thread. I thought it was a GENUIS marketing/political move. How was that an example of TDS?

I give you credit for creativity when you were caught. This is even funnier than I imagined.
As of July, there were FIVE people with the title of Assistant Press Secretary in the WH according to the WH. Why would the hiring of a SIXTH ASSISTANT Press Secretary (maybe she's being hired to replace one of those 5?...couldn't find an update) be a harbinger of something with a new Press Secretary? Why not let the new Press Secretary hire the subordinates?
