Bomb tech on Fox says that he thought the bombs are very rudimentary until they started being shipped. He said the trigger surviving being tossed into a truck, on a conveyer belt, and handled for days is a sign it was pretty well constructed.

Probably sophisticated enough to be using materials that he could mostly scrounge up,so not to be traced,and yet well built.

I heard Austin City council has asked that all assault crock pots be registered and background checks be performed.

You can't tell me with all of the damn cameras, especially near businesses that they don't have an image of this guy. "At least 11 surveillance camera spotted inside the Brodie Lane FedEx store where two explosive packages were shipped from. The FBI was here for 10+ hours gathering evidence."

There is some indication on Yahoo News that they may 'possibly' have some video of the perp from FedEx but they're not sure.
