It would piss him off to no end when he was directed to hire UNDESERVING blacks over Naval Academy top 1%ers just to fill a quota. Even worse was that they were flame proof.....One guy stole close to 100grand over 2 years on T&E and the other was a coke head who never left his house. Both were eventually let go but with fricking buy outs....Unbelievable

The point is that it needs to not be pro-any race. Make everyone a number. Remove race and gender from all applications. Effort and hard work should speak for a person.
