Right, Asians are so well represented in Hollywood. And we get points deducted from college admission. Don’t be so enamored with being the victim like the left that you ignore the facts.

My father participated in the recruitment and hiring for a major energy company for nearly 30 years. It would piss him off to no end when he was directed to hire UNDESERVING blacks over Naval Academy top 1%ers just to fill a quota. Even worse was that they were flame proof.....One guy stole close to 100grand over 2 years on T&E and the other was a coke head who never left his house. Both were eventually let go but with fricking buy outs....Unbelievable

What is considered black culture is the most prominent social culture of today, and it isn't even close.

I think you mean pop culture, not culture. SB half time shows are not the real world for most of us. Your statement is still probably an exaggeration but I’m not exactly a pop culture guru.

I do. But pop culture as it is today and has been for the last 20 years is dominated by influence from the black population and black urban culture. For example, Lil Nas X, a gay black guy, would have charted #1 on Billboard's Hot Country Songs if it wasn't disqualified.

I'm just meaning to say that oppression and nonacceptance of black people and the black community is a hard pill to swallow given the pervasiveness in pop culture and media.

Y'all also keep saying the term "systemic racism" is a load of B.S.

Which is it?

You sir, have never in your life walked side by side with a 30 year old black man. This i can guarantee. And these next few years will be very eye opening for you. Buckle up.
The number of losers coming out of being a 30 year old black man are proving that they are largely failing. That's right, ANOTHER generation of 30 year old black men. Failing. Badly.

Whites are not failing them. Liberal politics is failing them.

Lay off the threats, punk.

He also likely had whiney arse parents that taught him to hate and blame all on whites.

It boggles my mind how fricking disrespectful people are in front of their kids. That have no examples to follow that are civilized.

The point is that it needs to not be pro-any race. Make everyone a number. Remove race and gender from all applications. Effort and hard work should speak for a person.
