Yep. They are leaving that part out. Richard Baris explained this a week or two ago.

Polling showed people overwhelmingly supported mass deportation but were frustrated it’s not enough. Plus they want more action from the DOJ.

Everyone rushed to spin it as Trump is losing support for deportations. Typical spin.

Why? Well, Obama deported many more illegal immigrants than Trump has. The difference is now democrats have created sanctuary cities where the local governments can simply ignore the criminal alien deportation holds. How much easier would it be if they simply hold a person already in custody for ICE?

These local governments have emboldened the criminal alien to resist because they will do all they can to hinder ICE. Now Minnesota is going as far as their own politicians asking them to put their bodies on the line and harass the ICE agents, creating open hostilities with the agents making a dangerous environment, a powder keg. This isn’t happening anywhere else but Minnesota.

Plus, today’s media puts a spotlight on the deportations getting the weak minded sheep to follow along with their get Trump at all costs agenda.

Nearly half of all Americans — 49 percent — say Trump’s mass deportation campaign is too aggressive, including 1 in 5 voters who backed the president in 2024. In a sign of growing discomfort among the president’s base, more than 1 in 3 Trump voters say that while they support the goals of his mass deportation campaign, they disapprove of the way he is implementing it.

Too aggressive. That's the common theme.

Most also know of the massive Somalia fraud and know that the riots are only to protect the crooks in Minnesota.

There is a little bit of confusion about why the smelly, long hairs, blue hairs and lib/leftists are rioting and blocking ICE from deporting the crooked Somalians, but everyone senses it is related to the scams that steal from us.

You idiot. The disapproval is because Trump is too soft and doesn’t drop the hammer on these domestic terrorists.

The link was provided.

After you embarrassed yourself in the Yougov thread, you probably want to sit this one out.

Yeah - it’s about restoring law and order over mob rule. Trump ran on it. He won’t back down and I don’t blame him.

But he’s taking political damage from the optics. And the Dems are happy to keep sending useful idiots to help continue the optics issue.

This will define the midterms.

There doesn't seem to be protest fatigue. There seems to be fatigue of the way the admin chose to go about these operations.

How do you know it is or isn't basically protest fatigue?

Have they polled on how Americans feel about the rioters/protestors?

It's Chaos all over again... that's not a Trump thing, that's a leftist reaction thing. I think this because as has been posted on here recently, there are other areas and states with higher enforcement numbers that are NOT showing their rumps.

People don't like chaos. The left whips up chaos in order to fatigue and intimidate regular people into giving in.

Why would Trump lose support and the protesters gain support if the public had fatigue with the protestors?

quote:

The Yougov poll had 45% say they wanted ICE abolished now

The admin is clearly being given blame for the chaos.

It's only going to get worse after this latest killing.

You say this as if it’s a bad thing.

Trump ran on law and order and ending the Dems incitement of mob rule in leftist dominated cities. It’s a huge reason he won.

The problem is people want law and order until it’s time to do law and order things and you have a media that amplifies the impact.

Do you have a poll that shows public support for these "protesters"?

Because...

The Yougov poll had 45% say they wanted ICE abolished now

THIS might be a mixed bag result of true believers AND those tired of the chaos.

There are plenty of regular people out there that don't plug in to this stuff and simply want the chaos to end, whatever it takes.

Deportations was a bigger reason he won, and by engaging in inefficient strategies he's lost most of that moderate/middle support.

Intelligent people knew "law and order" had already started trending well prior to the 2024 election. Crime started falling after the post-Covid spike in mid-ish 2023 and had a huge drop in 2024.
