I’ve got about 6 years left. I wish I was younger again and left when I had the chance. Fortunately in my building the overall feel is conservative. But the freaks you just see in general, some in management and the DEI in management you mentioned is as blatant as it gets. I’m a non-supervisory 14, so thank god I don’t have to counsel or rate any DEI hires. I’d be gone. Counting the days if I even make it to the end. The oil and gas side where I’m at seems pretty stable but you never know.

They gonna be totally blown away when their first non governmental job's paycheck. has its Social Security deduction. And what kind of medical coverage they do no longer have.
