I mean he gets to 30% of that just on Youtube subscriptions (9.7M) alone, and that's just subscribers who are fans of the show. Doesn't even touch on unique visitors that listened once or twice or any of his other avenues.
The 1st Elon Musk episode has 37M views
The 2nd Elon Musk episode had 18M views
The Alex Jones Returns Episode has 23M views
So yeah, it's safe to assume 33m americans know who he is.

So you can say he he has 9.7 million subscribers amongst 7.6 billion people
But to be fair the Earth has about 59% of the population with internet access
